In addition, the chat assistant and promotional pop-ups use temporary browser storage (sessionStorage) only to remember your conversation during the visit; it is cleared when you close the tab.

To be able to show that we respect your choice, we keep the date, your decision and an anonymous ID. We do not keep your IP address, only an irreversible code to detect abuse.
